Q. My goods haven't arrived yet!

A. Economy shipping

If you selected our economy shipping service then your order has a target delivery of 4-8 business days from the day your goods were shipped. Very remote areas may take longer.

Working/business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Unfortunately, we are not able to investigate orders until the 8 working days have passed.

We recommend the shipping upgrade option for when goods are urgent. This needs to be done at the time of ordering.

A. Courier upgrade

If you selected the express upgraded shipping option then your order has a target delivery of 2-5 business days from the day your goods were shipped.

Working/business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

If your items haven't arrived by 5 business days, please email us so we can investigate further.

We're not able to follow up for the express upgrade goods before 5 working days have passed.
